Other fees throughout the year are not covered by those itemized below, such as Hot-Lunches, Field-trips, Computer Lab fees, Paper fee, Art Fee and extra-curricular activity fees.

NEW STUDENTS:

1. $25 APPLICATION FEE and must accompany the Application for Enrollment (not applicable to 4 year olds) with supporting paperwork, for paperwork processing, testing and grading.

2. $175 REGISTRATION FEE is due within 5 days of acceptance, to hold a place in class.

3. BOOK FEES: due July 1st.   *Preschool: $125        *Kindergarten: $150        *1-7 Grades: $200

4. SUPPLY FEE due July 1st: *Preschool:$30      *Kindergarten:$35    *1st-7th Grades: $40

• Monthly Tuition for Students entering after August is prorated.

• FACTS Tuition Management Services processes all monthly tuition payments (except the first month).

• FACTS offers three payment options, which determine due date and late date:

v Automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings;

v Credit card payments (you make the arrangements by phone); or

v Invoice mailed to you and you are responsible to make timely payments.

v FACTS will assess NSF and/or late fees. 

• OTHER TUITION DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE:

v 25% = Full-time Pastor/Missionary Family discount

v  15% = 3^rd Student, v 25% = 4^th Student, v Fifth Student = FREE

­SBCA SCHOLARSHIPS are determined by the SBCA Board.  Please download the following SBCA Scholarship Application, and bring it to the office before July 1st for the following year.  Please include a copy of your most recent tax return.
